New Merchant Guide

Welcome to BoostWare Fulfillment! This guide will walk you through the steps required to set up your account with BoostWare Fulfillment and get started with selling.

1. Add products

Products are central to all your activities in BoostWare Fulfillment, so we'll begin by adding products to the system.

View the Products Page Guide for how to add products into the system.

2. Import stock

Create an ASN (Advance Shipment Notice) for the products you want to import into our warehouse.

After your shipment is processed by our team, you will receive a GRN (Goods Receipt Note) with the status of your products.

3. Manage stock

You can monitor your product stock both individually and in overview:

• Overview: The Stock On-Hand Report Page provides a comprehensive view of all your stock in our warehouse.
• Individual: Check the stock of specific products by viewing the storage tab on the individual Product Management page.

4. Manage orders

There are two stages for orders in BoostWare Fulfillment:

• Pending Orders: Orders are held here for you to decide the next steps.
• Order Management: Processed and fulfilled orders are managed in this stage.

Orders are typically synced automatically from the marketplace platforms you integrate with BoostWare Fulfillment. You can also import orders directly into either stage based on your needs. Refer to the respective pages for detailed information.

Depending on your order management settings, we will categorize your orders into the 2 stages:

We fulfil all orders

Orders will be processed and fulfilled directly in the Orders stage, bypassing the Pending Orders stage.

This option is ideal for a fully automated approach to fulfillment.

You decide what to do with each order

Orders will initially go to the Pending Orders stage, where you can decide the action for each order.

5. Integrate with BoostWare Fulfillment

We offer two integration methods to streamline your fulfillment process:

• Marketplace Management: Sync your products and orders with marketplaces like Shopee and Lazada.
• BoostWare API Management: Connect your application to our platform through our APIs.

6. End result

By the end of this guide, you should have the essential setup to use our platform effectively.

Scaling your operations will involve repeating these steps as needed:

• Adding more products
• Increasing stock
• Connecting with additional marketplaces
• Etc.
